Reservation modalities :
- Your reservation will be confirmed only on the reception of a 25% deposit of the total cost
- The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date
- If the reservation is done before 30 days of the arrival date the total amount is payable

The occupant responsabilities :
- Non smoking environnement
- No animals
- Leave the house in a satisfactory condition
- All accessories provided must stay in the house
