Tarification in canadian dollars

Maximun 14 people. An additional fee of 15$ by night will be charged for every addional person.
Special tax from CITQ of 2$ a night must be added on
Federal tax (TPS 5%) and provincial tax (TVQ 7.5%) must also be added on


Reservation modalities :
- Your reservation will be confirmed only on the reception of a 25% deposit of the total cost and on the reception of the signed contract
- The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date
- If the reservation is done before 30 days of the arrival date the total amount is payable

The occupant responsabilities :
- Non smoking environnement
- No animals
- Leave the house in a satisfactory condition
- All accessories provided must stay in the house
